Inside INdiana Business is reporting that Indianapolis International Airport has again been named Best Airport in North America for its size and region by Airports Council International. 2018 marks the seventh consecutive year, and eighth overall, that the airport has earned the designation in the Airport Service Quality Awards.
The ASQ awards are based on passenger feedback collected by Airports Council International. The airports are rated based on performance factors including access, check-in, security screening, stores and restrooms. More than 300 airports around the world chose to participate in the survey.
