Doyle L. Pillion, 76, of Frankfort, died July 8, 2020 at I.U. Health, Lafayette. He was born June 24, 1944 in Lee County, Virginia to Lester & Mossie (Hall) Pillion. He married Annie Imogene Spears on June 24, 1988 and she preceded him in death on March 28, 2012.
Doyle attended Frankfort Schools. He h
ad worked for Bob Heaton’s body shop, National Cigar for over 40 years and Zachary Confections. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, VFW. Doyle enjoyed going to Indiana Beach, fishing, and always had a smile on his face.
He is survived by, 2 Sisters: Barbara (Leonard) Criswell of Frankfort, Virginia (Robert) Weaver of Frankfort, 2 Brothers: Hodgie Pillion of Frankfort and Earl Pillion of Frankfort, 5 Grandchildren, Chris Hunter, Jessica Cottrell, Jeremy Hunter, Britney Reider and Bobby Jaycox, 4 Great Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews also survive including Rebecca Taylor of Rossville. He was preceded in death by daughter, Annie Mae Jaycox and son, Junior Ray Riddle.
