Eric Shane Schnieb, 50, Mulberry, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022, at his residence. He was born on January 30, 1972, in Lafayette, to David and Betty (Reef) Schnieb.
Eric was a 1990 graduate of Rossville High School. He worked for Caterpillar for 29 years. He enjoyed golfing and bowling. He loved being outdoors and could often be found walking through the woods at his grandmother’s house with his dogs or splitting wood.
Eric is survived by his father; a brother, Neal (Roxane) Schnieb; and nephews, Wade Brooks, Logan Schnieb, and Owen Schnieb.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. at Genda funeral Home~Rossville Chapel. Burial will follow at Ball Hill Cemetery.
