Jason W. Curl Sr., 55, of Frankfort, died September 23, 2023 at his home. He was born April 21, 1968 in Frankfort to Thomas & Emily (Peterson) Curl. He married Kimberly Wells on April 30, 1988 and they later divorced.
Jason was a 1986 graduate of Frankfort H
igh School and was a life long Frankfort resident. He worked for Donaldson in Frankfort. Jason was of the Christian faith. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, traveling, festivals, fishing, spending time with his family and friends, drag races, especially the U.S. Nationals and watching his son Josh race.
Jason is survived by his sons: Jason (Merisa) Curl Jr. of Frankfort, Justin Curl of Frankfort, and Josh Curl of Lafayette, brother: Lloyd (Sara) Curl of Frankfort, 6 grandchildren: Monroe Curl of Lafayette, Theia Curl of Lafayette, Savannah Curl of Frankfort, Noah Curl of Frankfort, Jaxon Curl of Lafayette, Jamison Curl of Lafayette. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jennifer Fulwider.
Funeral Services:
Visitation will be 12 Noon-2 p.m. Thursday, September 28, 2023 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Curl Family, c/o Goodwin Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
