The Clinton County Commissioners, Assessor, and Auditor offices will move into the new County Annex Building on Friday, October 24, as the county’s relocation from the historic Courthouse nears completion.
The Commissioners’ Office will be located just inside the main entrance of the new Annex in Suite 101. It will be closed Friday, October 24 and will resume normal operations on Monday, October 27.
The Assessor’s Office and Auditor’s Office will both be located on the second floor of the Annex in Suites 201 and 206 respectfully. Both offices will be closed Friday, October 24 and Monday, October 27, reopening for regular business on Tuesday, October 28.
Residents in need of assistance during the brief closure may leave a voicemail for the Assessor’s Office. Messages will be checked and returned as soon as phone service is restored at the new location.
A public open house and ribbon-cutting for the new building will be announced once all county departments have completed their transition.
