The Clinton County Area Plan Commission will hold its next regular meeting on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the County Meeting Room at the Clinton County Annex Building, located at 2 E. Washington Street, Suite 105, in Frankfort.
The meeting will open with a call to order, followed by roll call of members and disposition of minutes.
Under old business, the commission will consider Application #CC-2025-01175 (Docket #23-25-SD), a petition filed by James and Monica Blaisdell of Kokomo. The request seeks approval for a one-lot minor subdivision involving 8.4656 acres of land currently zoned A-1 Agricultural. The property is located in Section 7, Township 22 North, Range 1 West, on the north side of West County Road 550 North, between North State Road 39 and North County Road 500 West, in Ross Township.
Public hearings will include Application #CC-2026-00015 (Docket #01-26-SD), submitted by Alan and Sherry Stowers of Kirklin. The petition requests approval of a two-lot minor subdivision on 5.19 acres of land in the A-1 Agricultural Zoning District. The property is located in Section 32, Township 21 North, Range 2 East, on the west side of South County Road 1000 East, between East County Road 400 South and East County Road 480 South, commonly known as 4516 S. County Road 1000 E in Kirklin Township.
The agenda also includes new business, followed by the announcement of the next meeting, scheduled for March 3, 2026, before adjournment.
