Candidate Forum Scheduled March 5 in Clinton County
Clinton County voters will have an opportunity to hear from candidates seeking local and state office during a bi-partisan public forum on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Skanta Theatre, located inside the Frankfort Public Library.
The forum will feature Republican and Democratic candidates running for the following offices:

Clinton County Commissioner – District 3

Clinton County Council – District 1

Clinton County Council – District 2

Clinton County Council – District 3

Clinton County Council – District 4

State Representative – District 38
Candidates will provide brief introductory remarks, respond to prepared questions, and answer select questions submitted by members of the audience. An out-of-county moderator will oversee the discussion to help ensure neutrality.
The event is free and open to the public, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the program will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
The forum is sponsored by the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce and will be aired live on Hoosierland TV.
