Eva Mae Noe, 81, of Clarks Hill, Ind., passed away March 27, 2026 in her home. She was born on July 15, 1944 in Duffield, Virginia to Henry & Nora (Frazier) Hill. She married Tommy Tyrone Noe on February 20, 1965 in Norton, Virginia and he survives.
Eva was a graduate of Powell Valley High School in Virginia and had lived in Clarks Hill for over 40 years. She was a homemaker and attended Clarks Hill Christian Church. She was an avid reader and if anyone gave her a book, she would read it! She enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing with Tommy.
Surviving along with her husband are her son: Benjamin Tyrone Noe of Clarks Hill, her siblings: Betty (Robert) Stevens of Frankfort, Frances Ferrell of Somerset, KY, and Roy (Toni) Hill of Frankfort, along with 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter: Rosalie Anderson, and siblings: Lorene Moore, Herbert Hill, Irene Harness, Dolly Hill, Annie Bell Hill, Ricky Hill, and Eddie Hill.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Clarks Hill Christian Church, 9510 Pearl Street, Clarks Hill, Indiana. Friends may visit from Noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow in Clarks Hill Cemetery.
