Center Township Trustee Kevin Evans and the Center Township Advisory Board would like to invite out their constituents for an informational session. The session is going to be on April 16 at 6 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce building.
Evans believes that it is important for individuals living within Center Township and other townships to be aware of the duties of the township trustee, the expansive ability of their reach on low income issues, and what Indiana Code dictates as the role of the trustee beyond poor relief. This will also be a great way for constituents to hear about the programs and current involvement of the Trustee on issues in the township. There will also be time for the community to ask questions and meet the advisory board members for Center Township.
