Barbara J. Vinard, 90, a lifelong Clinton County resident, passed away July 6, 2022, at IU Frankfort Hospital.
Born July 9, 1931, in Clinton County, Barbara was the daughter of Russell and Nellie (Meeks) Vinard, Sr. She graduated from Frankfort High School and worked as an assembler at Mallory Controls.
Barbara loved bowling, traveling, attending Indy 500 races, doing word search puzzles, baking, cooking, gardening, and was an animal lover.
Surviving Barbara are several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers and sister, Donny Vinard, Russell Vinard, Jr., Marileen Kanantzer, and Kenny Vinard.
