At approximately 9:15 p.m. Thursday, Boone County Deputies were dispatched to State Road 32, near County Road 50 N, just west of Lebanon. Upon arrival, they located a motorcycle that had struck a deer.The single rider was taken to Witham Hospital by ambulance, where he was pronounced dead. He was later identified as 63-year-old Bradley Burns of rural Lebanon. He was operating a blue 2016 BMW R12. The Boone County Fatal Alcohol Crash Team continues to investigate the crash.
The deer was found deceased due to the impact.
