Carolyn B. Goad, 75 of Mooresville, passed away October 11, 2017 at her home. Born March 19, 1942 in Alexandria, VA to Didier Charles & Mary Ann (Robertson) Pfalzgraf. She married Darrell W. Goad on June 25, 1960 in Fairfax, VA and he preceded her in death on March 13, 2008.
Mrs. Goad was a homemaker and caretaker who loved her family and friends. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Fredericksburg, VA.
She is survived by: 2 daughters: Carrie (Manuel) Garcia of Indianapolis, Virginia Ann (Scott Kochan) Lannin of Mooresville, 3 sons: Darrell W. (Trisha) Goad Jr. of King George, VA, John P. (Jeanie) Go
ad of Logansport, Joseph C. (Danielle) Goad of Bringhurst, 3 sisters: Rebecca (William) Proffitt of Damascus, VA, Mary Jane Munday of Winchester, VA, Betty Jean (Ronnie) Marshall of Fredericksburg, VA, brother: Didier (Alice) Pfalzgraf of Locust Grove, VA. 20 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson Don Lannin and brother-in-law, Thomas Munday.
