Demolition Derby Delayed For One Week

After consulting with members of the Clinton County Fair Council, Demolition Derby Promoter Chase Thompson has announced the Demolition Derby scheduled for the Clinton County Fairgrounds this Saturday, October 28, has been postponed one week.  The new date is Saturday, November 4.  The threat of inclement weather was cited as cause for the delay.

Thompson says inspection of the Demolition Derby cars will begin at 1 p.m. with the start of actual competition at 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 4. Keeping attendees in mind, members of the Clinton County Fair Council are working to insure food trucks are available.

Saturday, November 4 will be a busy day for Clinton County Fair Council members.  Beginning at 8 a.m. council members will be working to place sports and other vehicles into the Winter Storage Program.  Reservations and guidelines for the Winter Storage program can be obtained through the council’s office at 125 Courthouse Square, Frankfort, Indiana,46041.
