Late Thursday afternoon, the Clinton County Commissioners announced they have received notification from Doctor Stephen Tharp of the Clinton County Health Department that Clinton County has its first confirmed case of COVID-19.
The Clinton County and Indiana State Health Department are working together to follow up on the case. The person has been referred to their primary care physician and is resting comfortably at home in quarantine.
