The Lady Hot Dogs soccer team raced across the field to a victory against Eastern to continue the kickoff of the fall season.
The Lady Hot Dogs secured their victory over the Eastern Comets with a final score of 9 to 0, closing the game down early by only being required to play 60 of the 80 minutes allotted.
The girls shutout the Comets with Emily Mora leading with three goals and one assist, followed by Brittany Vasquez with two goals, Ava Michael with two goals and one assist and Finja Schnurr with one goal. Ahireli Morales was also highlighted for four assists during the game.
The Lady Hot Dogs will seek another victory against Crawfordsville tonight, Aug. 28 at home.
