I-65 Southbound Closed in Boone County

Just before 10 p.m. Sunday night, Clinton County Central Dispatch announced that the southbound lanes on Interstate 65 are closed at the 149 mile marker due to an accident.

According to WLFI, there are injuries but the extent of those are not known at the time. Multiple semis are also involved in the crash and there is no timeline when the road will be opened back up.
