Jessica Hall, 28, of Kokomo, Ind., died October 29, 2017. She was born December 23, 1988 in Kokomo, Ind. to Justin Hall & Misty Baker. Jessica was a 2006 graduate of Kokomo High School. She had formerly worked at NHK in Frankfort. Jessica loved her dog, Akira, and her family, especially her nephew known as the “Kellcat”.

Services:
