On Friday, Deputies from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Aaron Fossnock on a warrant. Fossnock had been the subject of a joint investigation by detectives from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and the Frankfort Police Department.
After receiving a tip from a concerned citizen, detectives from both agencies, along with the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office, worked diligently to bring charges against Fossnock for Level 4 Felony Child Solicitation and Level 6 Felony Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors.
