Clinton County Central Dispatch is reporting that Law Enforcement is on scene of a jackknifed semi just North of the 158 mile marker in the Northbound lane of I-65. Traffic is down to one lane. Eventually both lanes will close when they begin clean up. Seek an alternate route.
