Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that beginning Friday, the Frankfort Street Department will begin milling Rossville Avenue between Morrison Street and Green Street.
They also plan for three other paving projects to be worked on Friday including milling on Paris Street from the dead end to John Street, Short Columbia from McKinsey to Avery Street and Columbia Street from Walnut Street to Green Street.
Beginning Monday morning October 30 they will mill Clinton Street from Columbia Street to Jackson Street.
Cars will need to be moved from these areas so work can proceed without delays.
