Trick-or-Treats Hours Established for Halloween Night

Trick-or-Treat hours were approved by the Board of Works yesterday.  On Thursday, October 31, trick-or-treat hours will be from 5-9 p.m. in the city of Frankfort

The downtown merchants will hold trick-or-treat on the square from 5:30-7 p.m.  For more information about the downtown trick-or-treat please contact Kim Stevens with Frankfort Main Street.
