Clinton County Health Department Director announced early Sunday morning that the vaccination clinic at St. Mary’s Church in Frankfort was not cancelled. Instead, the appointments got moved to the Health Department’s clinic at the Clinton County Fairgrounds. Wann added there will no drive thru. All appointments will be inside.
