The Zonta Club of Frankfort is proud to donate four benches, made from recycled plastics, which were placed around the courthouse on Wednesday.  Representatives from Zonta “presented” the benches to County Commissioners’ representative Mark Timmons.

“The Zonta Club of Frankfort will be celebrating 65 years of being a part of the community and these benches represent a small portion of giving back to the community that we enjoy,” said Zonta Club President Stephanie Buntin.  “We actively support various non-profit organizations throughout our community as well as offering scholarships to not only high school graduates, but to those women in the community looking to advance their education.  We raise funds for these various initiatives at our annual Chicken Noodle Dinner and Country Store that will be held this year on September 11 at the Edward Jones Building located on the fairgrounds.”
