The Clinton Central School Corporation announced Wednesday afternoon they have received information that their phone system has been compromised. A report has been filed with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and the phone company has blocked the system to prevent further access.
If you receive a call stating it has originated from the Clinton Central School Corporation and you are asked for any type of financial information, please hang up. Officials at Clinton Central will never contact you by phone asking for any type of financial information.
