The Frankfort Municipal Utilities have received several notices that scammers are calling residents stating their utility bill is due and they need payment over the phone or it will be disconnected. They are bilingual and will communicate in English or Spanish.
The Frankfort Utility Billing office will NOT ask for personal information or payment over the phone. If you need to pay your utility bill you can do so at the Billing Office (1405 East Wabash Street, Frankfort) or online at https://frankfortin.munisselfservice.com/default.aspx. If you have any questions about your bill please contact the Billing Office at 765. 659.3361.
