IU Health Foundation Presents $250,000 Grant To Mental Health America

The Indiana University Health Foundation recently announced that it awarded a $250,000 grant over two years to a local nonprofit organization that serves community members across the region with a focus on Lafayette and the surrounding area.

The grant is derived from the IU Health Community Impact Investment Fund and will be utilized by Mental Health America to fund the purchase and renovation of a bus for mobile mental health screenings, working space for youth therapists and counselors and wellness programming that strives to destigmatize mental health and teach life skills at schools in Tippecanoe and surrounding counties.
