Patricia Ann Howell, 87, of Frankfort, passed away June 3, 2025 at Clinton House Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Frankfort. She was born on June 13, 1937 in Lancaster, PA to Paul Heistand Fahnestock and Martha Ethel (Ober) Fahnestock. She married William Frank Howell on May 10, 1966 and he preceded her in death on May 1, 2020.
Patricia is survived by her sons, William “Bill” (Maria) Howell of Frankfort, David Michael Riley of Ohio, and Brian Riley of Kentucky, daughters, Patricia Leanne Gomez of Texas, Diane Michelle Cox of Ohio, and Kelly Anne (Mike) McFall of Kentucky, siblings, Nancy Sullivan of Delaware, and Dennis Ray (Carol) Fahnestock of Pennsylvania, 16 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, 2 great-grandchildren and a sister, Donna Fahnestock.
