Residents are advised of two upcoming closures affecting local travel.
The Sewer Department has announced that West Wabash Avenue will be closed between Fifth Street and Fourth Street until further notice.
In addition, beginning Monday, March 2, the bridge located on County Road 0 East/West approximately one-quarter mile south of County Road 425 North will be closed for repairs. The closure is required to complete essential maintenance and improvement work on the bridge.
Officials anticipate the bridge will reopen on June 1, 2026, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen delays.
