Shine 99 TV and Shine 99 Radio will once again originate LIVE radio reports and TV Coverage from the Livestock Arena at Flora, Indiana.
One of the largest Swine Shows in the state at the Carroll County Fair will start Thursday morning July 19 at about 7:30 AM.
The early start will allow the 4-H’ers and the animals an early cool start before the temperature climbs to a predicted high of 84 degrees with 62% humidity by 4PM.
