We are getting a better understanding of what to expect with the upcoming winter storm potential. It appears Clinton County is bracing for anywhere between 8-14 inches of snow and depending on where the cut off line is, some ice. Also associated with this is high winds and cold temperatures on the back end of the storm. The winds will cause drifting and blowing snow, particularly on the east/west roads.
