The Clinton County Commissioners announced Monday they are holding a special meeting Friday at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners Room of the Clinton County Courthouse.
The reason for the special meeting is to discuss the health insurance provider for the county and to take the next step in the construction of their new EMS building. Both items were discussed at Monday’s meeting.
The Commissioners also elected to take under advisement demolition bids on three different properties in the county. The Commissioners received bids from three different companies for the properties at 6374 E. County Road 500 North, 135 N. McClurg St. in Scircleville and 2720 W. County Road 550 North. A decision on the bid winner is expected to come at the Oct. 16 meeting.
