Kirk’s Crossing Festival 2nd Annual Water Ball Tournament

Story contributor Bethany Perlee
The second annual water ball tournament brought firefighters from all over the state of Indiana and made up 14 teams to compete for the trophies. This is a great training for the firemen and an even better way to have a little fun and enjoy some camaraderie with fellow fireman from around the state. After a great day of battle, Plymouth Fire Department headed home with the first place trophy once again this year, second place trophy went to Culver Fire Department and 3rd placed stayed here in Clinton County going home with Johnson Township Fire Department. The Kirks Crossing Festival committee added that they would like to thank Excel Tool & Engineering for being the event sponsor for the day, and to Johnson Township Vol. Fire Department for bringing the water ball equipment and to all the firemen that joined in on the fun. Erick Dircks was in Kirklin to bring you photos of the event from his drone. video, and camera and can be viewed by clicking the links below.
