One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash on State Road 28 around the I-65 overpass Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, a double box FedEx semi exiting I-65 south failed to yield and was struck by a semi heading westbound on State Road 28. The driver of the second semi was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The crash, which happened before 3 p.m., shut down State Road 28 at the crash scene for a little over an hour. The scene was cleared and the road reopened shortly before 4 p.m.
