Due to the fire at Werner & Son Recycling Plant on West Kyger Street, Frankfort Street Superintendent Jason Forsythe announced Monday morning that the City of Frankfort has cancelled recycling pickup for Wednesday, July 31.
Also, Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that the Frankfort Police Department will have West Kyger Street from Rossville Avenue to John Street in Frankfort temporarily closed due to an active fire in the area. Please avoid the area and find an alternate route.
