Indiana Bacon Festival Donates Funds To Local Non-Profits; Discounted Tickets Available In Advance At We Love Big Deals

The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce released information regarding the fundraising opportunities that benefit community non-profit organizations who volunteer their time during the annual Bacon Festival in August.

The Chamber stated that throughout the last 10 years of the festival, the Chamber has given over $235,000 back to the non-profits and the organizations that volunteer at the Bacon Festival, and last year saw an organization focused on animals chosen as one of the major recipients of the fundraising.

Last year, the Chamber presented a $1,000 check to DART, Inc – Domestic Animal Rescue Team for volunteering at the 2023 festival, which was supplemented by the team from First Financial Bank who designated their funds from volunteering to DART as well.
