The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces a bridge replacement project on the State Road 26 Bridge over the Wildcat Creek will restrict traffic to one 10′ lane, beginning on or after Monday, April 2. Traffic will be controlled at the bridge with a traffic signal. This bridge should be opened back to two lanes of traffic in November of this year.
The project was awarded to Superior Construction for $4.7 million.
INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone.
