Frankfort City Police dealt with a second situation this week resulting in an arrest and a felony that was fueled by alcohol. Police were called to a report of an intoxicated male who entered an apartment on Stoneridge Drive. Officers were advised the suspect barricaded himself in a room. When officers arrived, they found 21-year-old Johny Reyes-Jimenez of Frankfort intoxicated inside the apartment. The resident had kept the suspect inside the apartment at gunpoint awaiting officers arrival. He was taken into custody without incident then transported to IU Frankfort for an evaluation then transported to the Clinton County Jail.
