At approximately 7:09 a.m. Thursday, it was reported to the Boone County Communications Center that Boone Meadow Elementary (5555 S Main St, Whitestown) had started evacuation due to the location of a suspicious beeping object in a trashcan located at the front of the school.
At this time, the school has been completely evacuated and lockdown by local law enforcement and fire department personnel.
