Frankfort’s baseball season came to an end Monday evening with a 2-1 loss to second-ranked Edgewood in eight innings in the Class 3A regional final at Crawfordsville.
The victory moved Edgewood into a semi-state matchup at 1 p.m. Saturday in Mooresville against Silver Creek.
The time and place for Rossville’s Class A semi-state matchup on Saturday has been announced. The Hornets will play Washington Township at 1 p.m. in Plymouth. The winner will play either Tecumseh or University for the Class A state championship at Victory Field in Indianapolis on June 15.
