Halloween Events in Clinton County, Area Announced

Frankfort Unified Neighborhoods (FUN) Committee and Healthy Communities of Clinton County Coalition are sponsoring a Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree and Halloween Parade on Saturday, from 6-9 p.m. at the Clinton County Fairgrounds. Parade line-up starts at 5 p.m. behind the hospital and parade starts at 5:30 p.m. All ages are welcome. Following the parade, there will be a DJ, Cake Walk, S’mores, Hot Dogs, Trunk-or-Treat, Hayride and more.

From 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Halloween at the Y (Clinton County Family YMCA) will be held. This event is free and open to the community. Trick or treating, games, costume contest, prizes, free dinner while it lasts.

Frankfort Main Street is inviting everyone to participate in their Annual Trick-or-Treat on the Square on Wednesday, October 31, from 5:30-7 p.m.Churches, organizations, businesses and citizens are invited to come out and participate. All community members are welcome to come out, park their cars, fill their vehicle trunks with goodies and give them out to the children as they walk by. Trick-or-treat hours have been announced for the all towns and communities in and around Clinton County on Wednesday, October 31. They are as follows: Colfax (6-8 p.m.), Delphi (6-8:30 p.m.), Elwood (6-9 p.m.), Frankfort (5-8:30 p.m.), Kirklin (6-8 p.m.), Kokomo (6-8 p.m.), Michigantown (6-8 p.m.), Mulberry (5-8 p.m.), Rossville (6-8 p.m.), Sheridan (6:30-8:30 p.m.) and Zionsville (5:30-8:30 p.m.).
