Clinton County Sheriff Rich Kelly is announcing a Second Chance Program.
Calling all local business owners and HR professionals! We are actively seeking local businesses who are interested in providing a “second chance” to inmates looking for work upon their release from the Jail.
It is our goal to offer job interviews inside the facility, or have a scheduled interview upon release, to establish employment opportunities once he/she has fulfilled his/her sentence. Our hope is to place every offender with employment, to assist them in getting a new start.
