James F. Hiser, 63, of Mulberry, IN, passed away Friday, January 24, 2020, at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. He was born March 11, 1956, in Indianapolis, to Eldon Pershing and Elizabeth Ann (Ziegler) Hiser.
James had worked in construction as a soil analyst.
James is survived by one sister: Barbara (Craig) Hiser of Indianapolis,
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William “Bill” Hiser.
