Community Schools Of Frankfort Welcomes New Assistant Director Of Exceptional Needs

The Community Schools of Frankfort announced the appointment of its new Assistant Director of Exceptional Needs who is expected to bring a wealth of knowledge to the corporation to aid those with special needs with their educational endeavors.

The corporation announced that Amy Mullens will assume the Assistant Director of Exceptional Needs position at the corporation, where she will implement her 24 years of experience in special education. Mullens was described as being an expert in special education law as well as being an experienced IEP trainer who has supervised occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and services for the visually impaired.

“Amy’s exceptional communication skills and unwavering support for her team and students make her a perfect fit for this role,” the corporation released. “Please join us in welcoming Amy to the Frankfort Hot Dog family.”
